It' Monday! What are you reading? 8-10-2015

It's Monday! What are you reading? was started by Sheila at Book Journey and was adapted for children's books from picture books through YA by Jen of Teach Mentor Texts and Kellee of Unleashing Readers. You can visit either site for a round up of blogs sharing their weekly readings and thoughts or search Twitter for #IMWAYR.

This week I got caught up on some picture books. Some favorites of the picture books were Trapped and This is a Moose. I really enjoyed Fort. It would be a great book for boys, but it does have some references to female body parts. I am working on reading some transitional readers to more round out my collection for my new 4th graders coming in, so I have a stack of transitional chapter books for this week and two new audio books. With my commute starting back up again, I am looking forward to listening to some more great books as well!

Also, please excuse if this is a mess. I am still learning how to make all the 'buttons' and stuff work.
